Starting with a new property manager should feel straightforward. Here's what you can expect when you work with Home James

We begin with a no-obligation conversation to learn more about your property, your goals and what you're looking for from a property management company.

We'll assess your property against current market conditions, comparable rentals and local demand to provide a realistic rental appraisal and discuss any opportunities to improve your property's performance.

Based on your situation, we'll prepare a management proposal outlining our services, fees and how we'll work together.

Once you're ready to proceed, we'll set up your landlord portal, prepare everything needed to begin management and, if you're changing from another company, coordinate the transition on your behalf.

From there, we take care of the day-to-day management of your rental property, including tenant communication, inspections, maintenance coordination, rent collection, compliance support and financial reporting.

You'll receive regular updates and can access important information through your online portal whenever you need it.
